This extension will give the administrator the ability to mark if an inventory item is VAT Tax Exempt. Then during checkout this extension will add an additional step during the One Page Checkout in which gives your customers the option to claim the VAT Tax Relief by input their Name, Medical Condition, and agree to Vat Relief terms and conditions. Or your customer can elect to bypass by clicking continue if they don't apply. Works with 1.5 - 1.7 Magento Version! UPDATED TO VERSION 1.3 ON 12/17/2012: - Updated module to add a few additional minor features and fix minor bugs at vat relief checkout.
